Hmmmm...bahan2 nye:
Air
Chicken Stock(cube)
Garam secukup rase.
Black Pepper Powder (seriusly, jgn bubuh bnyk2, nanti pedas & pahit)
Tepung Jagung
Butter
1. Jerang air, masukkan chicken stock & garam.....make sure rase ayam tak terlalu kuat & tak terlalu masin. sbb nnti kite akan pekatkan jugak kuah tu
2. Bubuh black pepper
3. Blend tepung jagung & air utk dijadikan paste. pastu masukkan dlm campuran tadi
4. reneh sampai jadi pekat.
5. bile dah pekat, masukkan butter secukup rase...(sekadar nak jadikan kuah nye berkilat & creamy)
