PUDING CUSTARD SOS BUAH

bahan puding

1 cawan kastard
41/2 cawan air sejuk
1/2 cawan gula
1 cawan susu cair
1/2 cawan air buah cocktail

caranya
1.Bancuhkan tepung kastard ,gula dengan air sejuk dan panaskan diatas api dengan api yang perlahan.
2.bila mengelegak masukkan susu cair dan air buah cock tail kacau hingga pekat.
3.padamkan api dan isikan didalam bekas,biarkan sejuk.

sos kastard
1 cawan susu cair
2 cawan air
1/2 cawan gula
3 s/b tepung castard
1/2 cawan air buah cocktail
buah buahan cocktail.
camporkan semua bahan tadi,masak diatas api yang sederhana sehingga mendidih dan pekat.angkat dan isikan kedalam castard yang dah sejuk tadi,dengan memakai sendok.hiaskan dengan buah2an cock tail tadi.simpan didalam freezer sebelum dihidangkan.

pudingya lembut dan tak berapa manis.

CHEESECAKE

CHEESECAKE


Ingredients

15 graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons butter, melted

4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of springform pan.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Blend in milk, and then mix in the eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth. Pour filling into prepared crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, and let cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours; this prevents cracking. Chill in refrigerator until serving.


REMINDER::
1. do not overbeat the mixture....just beat the mixture enough to incorporate the substance....air bubble can cause cake to crack

2. after 1 hour of baking...just let it stay in the oven until it reaches room temperature...than only we put it into the fridge...this is also to prevent cracking of the cake

Puding susu buah2an

Bahan-bahan ( 1 loyang besar )

1 paket serbuk agar2 (11gm)
2 biji telur
4 cawan air
1/2 tin susu cair
1 cawan gula
2-3 sudu besar tepung kastad
1 tin fruit cocktail
Cara-cara

masak agar2 dengan air dan gula hingga larut.
pukul telur dan campurkan tepung kastad, kacau rata dan ketepikan.
bila campuran agar2 larut, masukkan susu cair. bila mendidih, masukkan campuran telur dan tepung kastad. masukkan fruit cocktal.
masukkan kedalam loyang atau acuan disukai. sejukkan dan hidangkan.

Cocktail Susu

Bahan-Bahan:
1 tin susu cair
2 tin air masak.(gune tin susu cair)
½ tin buah buahan dlm tin
2 ½ senduk gula
3 cwn nata de coco(ditapis airnya)
1 bungkus jely/sumi
1 sudu kecil esen vanilla
Cara:
Firstly,masukkan susu dan air dalam periuk.pastu biar sampai mendidih.masukkan gula ngan esen vanilla.kacau sampai gula cair.Tutup api.biar sehingga sejuk.Basuh jelly dan nata de coco hingga bersih.apabila sejuk,masukkan jelly,buahan dan nata de coco.letak dlm peti sejuk...
Cadangan Hidangan:
boleh gak letak ais.tp takut cair x sedap....

Banana Crumb Muffins

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1tsp cinnamon
1 vanilla essence
1/2 tsp nutmeg(optional)
1/2 cup walnut (optional)
3 medium bananas, mashed
3/4 cup white sugar+brown sugar mix
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 cup butter, melted....veg oil pun boleh
**do not put choc chip.they dont match each other



1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.

Nasi Minyak

Bahan-bahan ( 4 org )

  • 4 cwn beras basmathi
  • 6 cwn air(ikut jenis beras)
  • 1-2 biji bwg besar (hiris)
  • 2" halia (hiris)
  • 3-4 biji bwg putih (hiris/tumbuk)
  • 1 cwn susu cair
  • sedikit minyak sapi utk menumis
  • sedikit garam
  • sedikit rempah tumis
  • sedikit pewarna kuning
  • 2 helai daun pandan
  • sedikit kismis kuning dan gajus sebagai hiasan

Cara-cara

  1. mula-mula didihkan air.sambil tu,basuh beras dan toskan
  2. dalam periuk lain, tumiskan rempah tumis,bawang besar,bwg putih dan halia sampai naik bau
  3. masukkan bahan yg ditumis (dgn minyak skali) kedalam air yg dididih.kemudian masukkan beras ,garam dan daun pandan.
  4. bila nasi kering dan hampir masak, masukkan pula susu cair.biar sampai masak
  5. bila nasi dah masak, titiskan pewarna kuning ke 3-4 bhgn.kemudian gaulkan perlahan.
  6. masukkan kismis dan gajus sebagai hiasan

Kenny Rogers Corn Muffin

to make 12 muffins

1/2 Cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Honey
2 Eggs
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup frozen sweet corn

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix butter, sugar, honey, eggs and salt into a large bowl.
Add flour, cornmeal and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.
Add milk while mixing
Add corn to mixture
Fill muffin pan 2/3 full with mixture
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until muffins are light brown.
