INGREDIENTS
* 6 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
* 1/2 cup warm milk
* 1/4 cup butter or margarine
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* Dash pepper
* garlic & oregano (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender. Drain well. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper, garlic & oregano; mash until light and fluffy.
